It was built to study how clinicians involved in antibiotic prescribing interact with such a system and whether AI predictions influence their decisions.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>This is the system used in the Lancet Digital Health study &lt;a href="https://williambolton.co.uk/publication/cdss_prescribing/">The impact of artificial intelligence-driven decision support on uncertain antimicrobial prescribing&lt;/a>, in which 42 UK clinicians worked through the case vignettes with and without the AI recommendations and explanations.
